• 11 Why is mailbox verification required?

    We verify your mailbox to ensure normal receiving and sending of e-mails by your mailbox and let information release be more effective. 

  • 12 How to perform mailbox verification?

    You can perform mailbox verification in the following two ways:

    a. After registering as a member, the system will automatically send a verification e-mail to your registered mailbox. Please enter the registered mailbox promptly to receive the verification e-mail and click a mailbox verification link. The period of validity of the link is 10 days.

    b. After login, click My Drugdu, then select My Account, on the right side of your e-mail account in the Account Info, click Verify the account email address, and the system will automatically send a verification e-mail to your mailbox. Please enter the mailbox promptly to receive the verification e-mail and click a mailbox verification link. The period of validity of the link is 10 days.

  • 13 What to do if my mailbox verification e-mail is overdue?

      If a mailbox verification e-mail is overdue, please login, click My Drugdu, then select My Account, on the right side of your e-mail account in the Account Info, click Verify the account email address, and the system will automatically send a verification e-mail to your mailbox. Please enter the mailbox promptly to receive the verification e-mail and click a mailbox verification link. The period of validity of the link is 10 days.

  • 14 What to do if no verification e-mail is received?

      If no verification e-mail is received, please try the following ways:

    a. Please view whether the verification e-mail has entered the SPAM folder.

    b. If no verification e-mail can be found in the SPAM folder, please add drugdu@sysmail.drugdu.com to your address list, then click Verify the account email address in My Drugdu > My Account, wait for several seconds to see whether you can receive the verification e-mail.

    If you have tried the above-mentioned methods and still cannot receive the verification e-mail, please use your registered mailbox to send an e-mail to service@drugdu.com. The e-mail shall describe that no mailbox verification e-mail can be received. Our working personnel will deal with it as soon as possible.
