Shelf Life – minimum 80% remaining required at the time of delivery.
Lead Time – delivery within maximum 75 days. Any lead time exceeding this not be accepted.
Documentation – COA (Certificate of Analysis) and COPP are required to facilitate importing. No registration is required for this humanitarian bid.
Market Exclusivity – there is no overlap with any private agent in Yemen, as these supplies are exclusively for the MOH humanitarian bid, not the private market.
